Warm Banana Pudding

Warm Banana Pudding is a creamy and Healthy Pudding with a combination of Milk, Egg and Cornflour. This Pudding is delicious when serving Hot. Children and Adults like this very much. This Pudding is layered by separating with Banana pieces and Wafer Biscuits.

Serving size: 1 medium slice
Ingredients:
1. Milk - 2 Cups
2. Egg - 2
3. Cornflour - 3 tbs
4. Sugar - 1 Cup
5. Butter - 2 tbs
6. Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
7. Banana - 2
8. Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
9. Wafer Biscuit (Vanilla or Banana Flavored) - 12
Directions:
- Take a Large Sauce Pan and Mix 3/4 Cup Sugar and Cornflour
- Add Milk little by little by stirring to get a mixture without any lump
- Place the saucepan in low Flame and Cook by continuous Stirring till it thickens.
- Separate Egg White and Yolk
- Beat Egg Yolk
- Take little Milk Mixture and mix Egg Yolk with it
- Pour back to the remaining mixture
- Again cook the mixture in low flame by continuous stirring till it boils.
- When it boils turn off the flame and mix butter and vanilla extract with it.
- Now pour half the mixture to a pudding tray
- Slice the bananas into thin round pieces and slightly mix with lemon juice
- Make a layer of banana pieces above the pudding in the tray
- Layer it with Wafer biscuits and pour the remaining pudding above it.
- Beat Egg White till it foam well, Add remaining Sugar little by little and beat till it forms soft peak.
- Pour this above the pudding mixture.
- Preheat the Oven to 350 Degree F and Place the Pudding Tray in it
- Bake it for 12 to 15 minutes or till the top turns to light brownish color
- Serve Hot or Chilled.
