Chicken Kebab is a lovely fried chicken recipe . In this recipe we mix the ingredients with minsed chicken and are fried in oil. It is very tasty and lovely to eat alone or with rottis or sauces. Our kids loves it. Fried kebab can be arranged in wooden skewers along with cucumber, carrot, tomato.

- Chicken: 500 g
- Onion(finely chopped): 1
- Green chilly(finely chopped): 3
- Bread: 2 slices
- Egg: 1
- Ginger: 1 inch piece
- Garam masala powder: 1/2 tsp
- Soy sauce: 1 tsp
- Lime juice: 1 tsp
- Salt: to taste.
- Oil: 1 tsp + for frying
- Remove bones of chicken pieces and minse it using a mixer jar.
- Soak bread in water by removing its sides and squeeze it.
- Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients (except oil we kept for frying) well.
- Convert them into kebabs and fry it in hot oil in low flame.
- When all the chicken kebabs are done, turn off the flame and arrange it in skewers.
