Chicken Fried Rice

Fried rice are delicious and lovely rice recipe with a rich combination of different vegetables alone or with any of non-veg ingredient. It is flavored with pepper powder and sauces. It can be consumed alone or with any fried dish.

Chicken Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Biriyani rice: 2 cup
  2. Carrot (grated or cubed): 1/2 cup
  3. Beans: 10
  4. Capsicum cubes: 1/2 cup
  5. Spring onion: 3-4
  6. Chicken cubes(cut in cubes and cooked with salt and little pepper): 1 cup
  7. Egg: 2
  8. Pepper powder: 1-1&1/2 tbs
  9. Soy sauce: 2 tbs
  10. Ghee: 2-3 tbs
  11. Salt:to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Cook biriyani rice with 3& 1/2 cup water and required salt. when it cooks 3/4 or drains water turn of  the flame and allow it to cool by spreading on a tray.
  • Heat a pan and add little ghee over it, pour the beaten egg with salt and pepper powder to it and fry by stirring.
  • Now heat a wok and add remaining ghee.
  • Saute white part of spring onion for few minutes.
  • Next add grated or cubed carrots and saute for 2-3 minutes followed by the addition of beans(cut into 1 inch length).
  • Saute it for another 2-3 minutes,then add capsicum, cooked chicken cubes , fried egg pieces and mix well.
  • Now add 1 tbs  of pepper powder,salt and soy sauce ,mix well.
  • Mix cooked rice with it, stir well  to get equally distributed.
  • Now add remaining pepper powder and soy sauce and mix well.
  • Adjust the salt also.
  • Now add the chopped green part of spring onion ,mix well and turn off the flame.
Lovely, vegetable rich healthy Fried rice is ready. Serve hot with sauce or fried chicken or any chilly or roast
