Fruit Jelly Pudding Recipe


Puddings and desserts are lovable and delicious. Here comes a pudding recipe rich with fruits and nuts. It is a layered pudding. It is delicious and looks awesome.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Milk: 1 L
  2. Condensed milk: 1 tin
  3. China-grass: 10 g
  4. Sugar: 1/2-3/4 cup
  5. Vanilla essence: 1/2 tsp
  6. Mango: 1/4 cup
  7. Apple: 1/4 cup
  8. Pine-apple( cooked in sugar): 1/4 cup
  9. Orange jelly: 1 packet
  10. Cashew-almond-pistachio chopped: 2 garnish
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Soak china-grass in 3/4 cup of water.
  • In a thick-bottomed pan, boil milk with sugar.
  • When it starts boiling, add condensed milk, stir well for 5 minutes to get combined well and turn off the flame.
  • You can adjust sweetness according to your taste.
  • Meanwhile melt china-grass in low flame.
  • Mix melted china-grass and vanilla essence with the boiled milk mixture and combine well.
  • Pour it into a pudding tray and allow it to set.
  • When it sets, spread the fruit mixture over it.
  • Prepare jelly as indicated in its packet and pour over the fruit-pudding mixture slowly.
  • When jelly sets half, garnish it with chopped cashew, almonds and pistachio.
Delicious yummy Fruit jelly pudding is ready. Serve chilled.
