- Milk: 1 L
- Condensed milk: 1 tin
- China-grass: 10 g
- Sugar: 1/2-3/4 cup
- Vanilla essence: 1/2 tsp
- Mango: 1/4 cup
- Apple: 1/4 cup
- Pine-apple( cooked in sugar): 1/4 cup
- Orange jelly: 1 packet
- Cashew-almond-pistachio chopped: 2 garnish
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Soak china-grass in 3/4 cup of water.
- In a thick-bottomed pan, boil milk with sugar.
- When it starts boiling, add condensed milk, stir well for 5 minutes to get combined well and turn off the flame.
- You can adjust sweetness according to your taste.
- Meanwhile melt china-grass in low flame.
- Mix melted china-grass and vanilla essence with the boiled milk mixture and combine well.
- Pour it into a pudding tray and allow it to set.
- When it sets, spread the fruit mixture over it.
- Prepare jelly as indicated in its packet and pour over the fruit-pudding mixture slowly.
- When jelly sets half, garnish it with chopped cashew, almonds and pistachio.
Delicious yummy Fruit jelly pudding is ready. Serve chilled.
