Double Layered Chocolate Recipe


Chocolates are too lovely and favorite for us especially our little ones. Let us try different varieties of chocolates for our lovely kids. Here comes a simple and delicious recipe for a yummy wonderful chocolate. It is a Sweet coconut balls with double colored coating.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Desiccated coconut powder: 1/2 cup
  2. Milk powder: 1/4 cup
  3. Icing sugar: 1/4 cup
  4. Cooking dark chocolate: 100 g
  5. Cooking white chocolate: 100 g
  6. Chopped cashew: 1/4 cup
  7. Chocolate essence: 2-3 drops(optional)
  8. Water: 1-2 tbs
  9. Paper cups: 10-15
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Mix desiccated coconut powder, milk powder, icing sugar, chopped cashew pieces, chocolate essence altogether in a bowl.
  • Knead these mixture with little water and convert them into small balls.
  • Melt dark and white cooking chocolates separately.
  • Place paper cups in a tray and pour a layer of melted dark chocolates into it.
  • Now put the coconut balls over it and allow it to set a little.
  • Pour melted white chocolate over the coconut balls to cover its remaining sides.
  • Repeat the steps for each and every balls .
  • Spread chopped cashews, almonds, pistachio, desiccated coconut powder or praline powder, anything you wish on the top of chocolate balls.
  • Keep in freezer and allow it to set.
Note: You can use normal grated coconut by drying them on microwave for 2-3 minutes instead of store bought coconut powder.
Delicious mouth watering chocolate balls are ready. Give a try on it.
