Drums Of Heaven Recipe


Chicken recipes are delicious and are of different varieties. Our little one's loves to eat drumsticks. Even we loves it. Here com es a different and simple recipe for crispy and tasty drumstick fries.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Chicken drumstick/wings(lollipops): 24
  2. Red chilly paste: 2 tsp
  3. Pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
  4. Soy sauce: 1 tsp
  5. Vinegar: 1 tsp
  6. Garlic: 4-6 cloves
  7. Egg: 2
  8. All purpose flour: 3/4 cup
  9. Cornflour: 3/4 cup
  10. Salt: to taste
  11. Oil: 1/4 cup + for deep frying
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Peel of the garlic clove and prepare its paste.
  • Clean, wash and drain off water of drumsticks.
  • Mix 1 tsp red chilly paste, garlic paste, pepper powder, soy sauce, vinegar and required salt . Combine them well.
  • Marinate the drumsticks with the prepared paste and keep marinated for at least 2 hours in refrigerator.
  • Combine all purpose flour and cornflour in a bowl and mix 2 eggs, 1 tsp of red chilly paste, 1/4 cup oil, salt. Mix well and add little water if required to get a thick batter of pouring consistency.
  • Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
  • Dip the marinated chicken drums in the batter and deep fry in boiling oil till it becomes crispy and golden brown.
  • Fry it in medium or low flame.
Lovely and crispy drums are ready. Serve hot with sichuan sauce.
