Coleslaw Recipe


Coleslaw is a healthy crunchy and creamy salad with cabbage, carrot and few other ingredients. We can prepare it as a creamy one or can reduce creamy texture according to our taste. It is healthy, tasty and can be prepared easily within minutes.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Cabbage(finely chopped): 4-5 tbs
  2. Carrot(finely chopped): 2-3 tbs
  3. Mayonnaise: 3 tbs
  4. Thick curd/ yogurt: 3 tbs
  5. Pepper powder: 1/4 tsp
  6. Sugar: 3/4 tsp
  7. Salt : 1/4 tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Take a bowl, add curd, mayonnaise and mix well.
  • Next add pepper powder, sugar and salt, stir well to get mixed.
  • Now add finely chopped cabbage and carrot and thoroughly mix the ingredients.
  • You can reduce the measurement of mayonnaise and curd if you don't want creamy. I love Creamy texture, so prepared little creamy.
Delicious coleslaw is ready. Serve chilled as a side-dish with chicken or any other.
