Butterscotch Marcipan Chocolate Recipe


Chocolates are delicious, sweet and are favorite to most of us especially our little ones. Here comes a simple recipe for a lovely chocolate. Lets have a try on it for our lovable ones .
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Drinking chocolate powder: 30 g
  2. Cocoa powder: 10 g
  3. Icing sugar: 100 g
  4. Milk powder: 100 g
  5. Cream( thick/ fresh): 1-1&1/2 tbs
  6. Sugar: 2 tbs
  7. Cashew nut: 5-6
  8. Walnut: 3-4
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Heat a pan, melt sugar till light brown.
  • When it reaches light brown add cashew and walnut pieces and mix well.
  • Turn off the flame and pour it over a greased tray.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • When it cools, slowly remove it using knife and crush it using mixer jar. Don't powder it into fine powder.
  • Take a dry bowl, Mix all the four powders .
  • Convert these powders into a smooth dough by mixing cream little by little.
  • When we get smooth dough, combine powdered butterscotch or praline powder(caramel nut mixture) with the chocolate dough.
  • Convert it into shapes of your choice and allow it to set for 4-5 hours in refrigerator.
  • After it sets, you can cover it in color papers.
  • You can also simply use chopped nuts instead of caramelized one.
Yummy and lovely chocolate is ready. Enjoy its taste.
