We all loves to eat desserts or puddings. It can be prepared in lots of varieties and tastes. Here is a lovely recipe for souffle with butterscotch flavor and are topped with praline powder.

- Milk: 500 ml
- Sugar: 1 cup
- Egg: 5
- Cornflour: 3 tbs
- Gelatin: 1 & 1/2 tbs
- Butter: 50 g
- Hot water: 1/4 cup
- Sugar: 1/4 cup
- Cashew: 25 g
- Separate egg white and yolk.
- Beat well egg white to get foamy.
- Mix cornflour with 1/2 cup milk.
- Prepare butter scotch sauce: Melt 1/2 cup sugar till it turns light brownish, then mix butter in it and combine well.
- Take 1/2 cup milk, egg yolk, and 1/2 cup sugar in a pan and prepare custard by continuous stirring in low flame.
- When it starts boiling, add cornflour mixture and mix well.
- Stir continuously till it forms smooth custard.
- Turn off the flame and mix prepared butterscotch sauce and combine well.
- Meanwhile soak gelatin in 1/4 cup water and melt by combining with another 1/4 cup hot water.
- Combine the melted gelatin into the prepared custard and allow it to cool.
- When it reaches almost room temperature, slowly fold beaten egg white into it and pour it to a pudding bowl.
- refrigerate and allow it to set.
- Melt 1/4 cup sugar in a pan till it reaches light brown and mix cashew pieces with it.
- Now pour it over a greased tray and allow to set.
- When it cools down, it looks glass pieces.
- Slowly remove it using spoon or knife and powder it using a mixer jar.
- Sprinkle it over the prepared butterscotch souffle .
Mouthwatering Butterscotch souffle is ready. Serve chilled. you can also use strawberry or any other topping over it.
