Egg Paratha Recipe



Egg paratha is delicious and different attempt especially suited for dinner. Its simple with a little variety. Its healthy too as we uses wheat flour for the preparation  .
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Wheat flour: 1&1/2 cup
  2. Egg: 3-4
  3. Onion: 1
  4. Green chilly: 2
  5. Oil:1 tbs
  6. Ghee: 2-3 tbs
  7. Salt: to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION


  • Prepare dough with wheat flour, salt, oil and water as we are preparing for chapathi and keep aside for 30-45 minutes.
  • Chop onion and green chilly very thinly
  • Add the eggs in a bowl,then finely chopped onion, green chilly, salt and mix well.
  • Convert the dough into balls of lemon size.and roll it as of chappathi.
  • Spread little ghee over it and sprinkle little wheat flour throughout.
  • Now fold about 3/4 from one side and 1/4 from opposite side.
  • Again apply little ghee over it and sprinkle little powder.
  • Now again fold the remaining sides, one about 3/4th and other 1/4th.
  • Now we get square shaped.
  • Again roll it from all sides to get little larger square.
  • Cook following same steps for chapathi and remove from the pan.
  • Place it over a plate and slowly open one layer of chappathi . We can easily do it with our hands.
  • Now pour egg mixture inside it using a spoon and cover it with the opened layer.
  • Again place it over the hot pan and cook both sides for sometime.
  • Repeat the steps for each ball.
Delicious egg paratha is ready. Lets have a try on it.
