Chicken Supreme Recipe

Chicken recipes are delicious and are in lots of varieties. Here comes one among them, which is simple, easy and yummy too.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Chicken: 1/2 kg
  2. Chilly powder: 3/4 tsp
  3. Coriander powder: 1 tbs
  4. Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
  5. Pepper powder: 3/4 tsp
  6. Garam masala powder: 1/4 tsp
  7. Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tsp
  8. Curd: 4 tbs
  9. Onion: 2-3
  10. Tomato: 2
  11. Green chilly: 3
  12. Cashew: 50 g
  13. Coriander leaves: 1/4 cup chopped
  14. Kasuri methi: 1 tbs
  15. Salt: to taste
  16. Oil: as needed
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Prepare a fine paste with chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder, ginger-garlic paste, curd and salt.
  • Marinate the chicken piecves with the prepared paste.
  • Cook marinated chicken along with the paste and 1 tbs oil with lids closed in low flame.
  • When the chicken pieces cooks well, remove it from gravy and cook tomato pieces in same gravy in low flame.
  • In another pan, heat oil and fry the cooked chicken pieces.
  • Take off the chicken pieces, and remove excess oil from the pan.
  • Saute Onion in the same pan.
  • Add green chilly and coriander leaves and again saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Keeping aside 1/4 of sauted onion, add remaining onion and fried chicken pieces to the gravy with tomato pieces.
  • Add kasuri methi also and stir well to get mixed everything.
  • Turn off the flame.
Delicious Chicken Supreme is ready. Serve hot by garnishing with reserved onion and cashew pieces.
