Chocolate rocks are simple chocolate recipe with very few ingredients and few steps. It can be prepared in minutes but tastes delicious. It resembles rocks without any particular shape hence the name chocolate rocks.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION- Cooking Chocolate: 125 g
- Cornflakes: 1/4 cup
- Cashew: 25 g
- Almond : 25 g
- Chop cashews and almonds into small pieces.
- Just give a crush on cornflakes using your hand. Don't powder it more.
- Melt cooking chocolate using double boiling method.
- Mix cashew, almond and cornflakes pieces with melted chocolate. Mix well to get combined.
- Now pour a spoon of this mixture to each paper cup and keep it in freezer for 15-30 minutes or until it sets.
