There are lots of delicious and variant cake recipes. Cheese cakes are one among them. Here comes a delicious cheese cake recipe Black forest cheese cake. A combination of cream cheese, whipping cream, thick cream, icing sugar brings it rich creamy and are delicious too.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION- Cream cheese: 150 g
- Whipped cream: 1 cup
- Thick / fresh cream: 50 g
- Icing sugar: 100 g
- Gelatin: 1 tbs
- Finely chopped cherry: 80 g
- Dark chocolate(grated):3-4 tbs
- Marie / digestive biscuits: 12-15 pieces
- Honey: 2-3 tbs
- Keep cream cheese in room temperature for half- one hour.
- Powder the biscuit and mix with honey and layer it on spring foam dish .( adjust the number of biscuits based on the size of your dish). Allow it to set on refrigerator.
- Mix cheese and icing sugar using a beater till it mixes well.
- Now add whipped cream(you can use ready-made or prepare it with whipping cream powder and milk) and thick cream and beat till it become fluffy.(Reserve little cream for garnishing before adding gelatin)
- Melt gelatin using double-boiling method and pour over the prepared cream mixture.
- Mix well and add chopped cherry pieces and 1-2 tbs of grated chocolate to it and fold it slowly to get well mixed.
- Pour it over the biscuit layer and allow it to set in refrigerator.
- Take it out and garnish it with grated chocolate, cheery and reserved cream mixture.
