Most of the people loves puddings and desserts. They are unavoidable during parties or festivals. Our children too loves to eat it. Here is a recipe of a variety pudding which is soft and smooth and are flavored with white chocolate. Its flavor is again enriched with a creamy rich butterscotch sauce.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION- Milk: 500 ml
- Fresh / thick cream: 3/4 cup
- Sugar: 1/2 cup
- Cornflour: 4 heaped tbs
- White chocolate: 1 cup (grated)
- Vanilla essence: 1 tsp
- Sugar: 1/2 cup
- Fresh / thick cream: 1/2-3/4 cup
- Butter: 2 tbs
- Hot water: 1/4 cup
- Take 1/4 cup of milk and mix cornflour in it.
- Take a pan, pour milk, fresh cream, and sugar mix well and place in flame.
- When it starts boiling, add cornflour mixed milk and stir continuously till it boils well.
- Turn off the flame and add grated chocolate, stir well to get mixed. White chocolate will melt by the hotness of pudding.
- Add vanilla essence and mix well.
- Pour it in a pudding bowl and allow it to set in refrigerator.
- Meanwhile we can prepare creamy rich butter scotch sauce.
- Melt sugar in low flame till it reaches golden brownish color by stirring.
- Then add 2 tbs of butter and mix well .
- When a good aroma comes, add 1/4 cup of hot water and mix well.
- Cook till the sauce become little thick, not too thick by stirring continuously.
- Turn off the flame and stir for 2-3 minutes.
- Then pour 1/2- 3/4 cup of thick / fresh cream and mix well to get a delicious sauce.
- When the pudding sets, demould it to tray or plate and pour butterscotch sauce over it.
