Tender coconut is one of the healthy and favorite natural water with tasty flesh. Here comes a recipe of shake or dessert prepared using it. It will be more delicious. Its a shake with china grass pieces which gives a special effect during consuming. We can either prepare shake with milk, tender coconut flesh and milkmaid or just mixing milk with milkmaid with a flavor of vanilla essence.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION- Tender coconut flesh: of 2
- Tender coconut water: 1-1&1/2 cup
- Milk: 1 L
- Condensed milk: 1/2 tin
- China grass:4 g
- Sugar:2 tbs
- Soak china grass in 1/2 cup of tender coconut water for 10-15 minutes.
- Melt the china grass with another 1/2-1 cup of tender coconut water and sugar .
- Pour it on a tray and allow it to set.
- Prepare shake with tender coconut flesh, milk and milkmaid. Adjust sweetness according to your taste.
- When china grass sets, Put lines with a knife or spoon in zig-zag manner and separate it using a spoon into small bitable pieces.
- Put these pieces into the shake and give a stir to mix well.
- If tender coconut flesh is not available, prepare shake with milk and condensed milk and give a flavor by adding 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence.
Delicious Coconut Tender is ready. Serve chilled as a welcome drink or a dessert.
