Avocado and banana are two fruits with high nutritional value. A mixture of it along with little dry-fruits and dark chocolate brings the shake more nutritious. Also we are not using sugar or any other artificial sweetener, but presence of dates brings its sweetness.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION- Milk: 1 cup
- Avocado: 1/2 of 1
- Banana: 1
- Dates: 4-5
- Almond: 10-12
- Dark chocolate: 10 g
- Soak almond and remove its skin. Remove skin of dates if possible.
- Place the dark chocolate in room temperature to come soft.
- Puree avocado, banana, almond, dates, dark chocolate using a blender or mixer jar.
- Add little milk if needed for blending.
- Add remaining milk and mix well.
- Add more dates if needed or you can use sugar or honey if you need more sweetness.
- Note: if you are using frozen milk, it will provide better taste.
Delicious Avocado-banana shake is ready. Serve chilled
