Avocado-Banana Shake Recipe



Avocado and banana are two fruits with high nutritional value. A mixture of it along with little dry-fruits and dark chocolate brings the shake more nutritious. Also we are not using sugar or any other artificial sweetener, but presence of dates brings its sweetness.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Milk: 1 cup
  2. Avocado: 1/2 of 1
  3. Banana: 1
  4. Dates: 4-5
  5. Almond: 10-12
  6. Dark chocolate: 10 g
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Soak almond and remove its skin. Remove skin of dates if possible.
  • Place the dark chocolate in room temperature to come soft.
  • Puree avocado, banana, almond, dates, dark chocolate using a blender or mixer jar.
  • Add little milk if needed for blending.
  • Add remaining milk and mix well.
  • Add more dates if needed or you can use sugar or honey if you need more sweetness.
  • Note: if you are using frozen milk, it will provide better taste.
Delicious Avocado-banana shake is ready. Serve chilled
