Mango Souffle Recipe



Mango souffle is a easy pudding or dessert recipe which can be prepared within 5 minutes. It is a combination of  fresh or thick cream which sweetened by the addition of condensed milk. We can prepare it easily within few minutes for unexpected guests. Children will also love it surely.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Mango: 1 large
  2. Thick / fresh cream: 200 ml
  3. Condensed milk: 1/4 tin
  4. Cashew: 1/4 cup(optional)
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Peel off the mango and chop into small pieces.
  • Pour thick cream into a bowl and mix condensed milk to sweeten it . Sweetness can be adjusted according to your taste.
  • Add the chopped mango into it and mix well.
  • You can also add roasted cashew pieces or jelly pieces to enrich its taste.
