Celery Rich Soup Recipe


Soup recipes are healthy and have high nutritional value. It is a liquid food prepared by a combination of meat and vegetables with their stock and are served warm. Here is a recipe for a healthy soup which are rich in celery and other vegetables. Celery are rich in vitamins, magnesium, copper and many other.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Carrot: 3
  2. Beans: 10
  3. Cabbage: 1/2 cup
  4. Onion: 1
  5. Spring onion: 1 stalk
  6. Celery: 3 stalk
  7. Chicken cubes: 2
  8. Pepper powder: 1/4 tsp
  9. Soy sauce: 1/2 tsp
  10. Vinegar: 1/4 tsp
  11. Sugar: a pinch
  12. Salt: to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Finely chop the vegetables.
  • Cook carrot, beans, cabbage, onion with 5 cups of water to get 4 cup stock.
  • Mix chicken cubes in little water.
  • In a pan, add vegetable stock and chicken cube melted water, mix well and cook in low flame.
  • When it starts boiling, add salt, vinegar, soy sauce, vegetables and a pinch of sugar to it.
  •  Stir well and turn of the flame.
  • Pour it into soup bowl and sprinkle pepper powder over it.
Hot and delicious Celery rich soup is ready. Serve hot.
