INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION- Carrot: 3
- Beans: 10
- Cabbage: 1/2 cup
- Onion: 1
- Spring onion: 1 stalk
- Celery: 3 stalk
- Chicken cubes: 2
- Pepper powder: 1/4 tsp
- Soy sauce: 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar: 1/4 tsp
- Sugar: a pinch
- Salt: to taste
- Finely chop the vegetables.
- Cook carrot, beans, cabbage, onion with 5 cups of water to get 4 cup stock.
- Mix chicken cubes in little water.
- In a pan, add vegetable stock and chicken cube melted water, mix well and cook in low flame.
- When it starts boiling, add salt, vinegar, soy sauce, vegetables and a pinch of sugar to it.
- Stir well and turn of the flame.
- Pour it into soup bowl and sprinkle pepper powder over it.
