Banana Ice-cream Recipe



Ice-creams are lovable desserts with different flavors. Mostly children are fond of ice-creams. Ice-creams available in markets contains so many additives. So lets have a try on it at home for our children as well as our family. It can be done tastier with few ingredients and needs little time also. Here is a recipe for Banana ice-cream with lovable taste.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Robusta banana / philippine banana: 3
  2. Condensed milk: 1 tin
  3. Lemon juice: of 1
  4. Whipping cream powder: 1 packet
  5. Milk: 1/2 cup
  6. Chocolate pieces: 3 tbs(optional)
  7. Chopped roasted cashews: 3 tbs(optional)
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Puree bananas using a mixer grinder without water.
  • Add lemon juice and again give a mix on it. Its addition prevents color change of banana puree.
  • Pour it in a comparatively large bowl and gently mix 1 tin of condensed milk to it.
  • Beat whipping cream powder with 1/2 cup of cold milk in high speed to get fluffy and cream.
  • Gently fold this with the above mixture to get mix well.
  • Refrigerate it for at least 8 hour in a closed container for setting.
  • When it sets half or after 4 hours, take out from refrigerator and mix bitable pieces of chocolate and roasted cashews and give a firm mix to reach everywhere. Again keep in refrigeration.
  • It provides a little more taste while eating, you can skip this step also.
