Squid is a lovable seafood dish. A dish with it is more delicious. Here is a recipe with squid whose taste is altered with the combination of tomato and soya sauce. It is a simple recipe with few ingredients and steps but tastes more.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Squid: 250 g
- Chilly powder: 1&1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder: 1/2 tsp
- Onion: 1
- Tomato: 1
- Green chilly: 1
- Garlic paste: 1/2 tsp
- Capsicum chopped: 1-2 tbs
- Tomato sauce: 1 tsp
- Soya sauce : 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves: to garnish
- Heat a pan and add squid pieces, chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garlic paste and salt.
- Mix well and cook till squid cooks well and water dries.
- Then add chopped onion, tomato, green chilly and capsicum.
- Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Next add tomato sauce and soya sauce , give a stir and cook for another 5 minutes with closed lid in low flame.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
