Chicken Fry Masala Recipe


Chicken recipes are lovable to most of us. Here comes the recipe for chicken fry with little variety. It contain little masala or gravy over it to enhance its taste. Presence of tomato sauce gives a variant taste which are lovable especially for children. It is a simple recipe, any one can have a try on it.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Chicken: 1 kg
  2. Onion: 3
  3. Tomato: 2
  4. Green chilly: 6
  5. Ginger: 1 inch piece
  6. Garam masala powder: 1&1/2 tsp
  7. Chilly powder: 1&1/2 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
  9. Tomato sauce: 2 tsp
  10. Curry leaves: 1 string
  11. Oil: as needed
  12. Salt:to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Marinate the chicken pieces with salt and little turmeric powder and cook without water in low flame.
  • In a pan, boil oil and give a light fry to chicken pieces.
  • To the remaining oil, add onion and saute well and takeoff from the oil.
  • In the same oil, saute ginger, green chilly and curry leaves for 3-5 minutes.
  • Then add chilly powder, garam masala powder and turmeric powder, saute for sometime.
  • When a pleasant aroma arrives, add tomato pieces and cook well
  • Then add fried chicken pieces and sauted onion to it, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Turn off the flame and add tomato sauce, mix well and serve hot.
Delicious Chicken fry masala is ready. Serve hot.
