Chicken Adobo Recipe

Chicken is most lovable and most consuming non vegetarian throughout the world. We can convert chicken into many variety recipes which tastes as well. Here is a simple chicken recipe Chicken Adobo. It is spice less but taste more with the flavor of soy sauce. 


INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Chicken : 1 (cut into 8 pieces)
  2. Soy sauce: 1 cup
  3. Vinegar: 1 cup
  4. Pepper powder: 1 tsp
  5. Onion: 3
  6. Garlic: 10 cloves
  7. Red chilly: 4
  8. Salt: to taste
  9. Sugar: little
  10. Oil: for frying
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Cut chicken into large 8-10 pieces, clean and drain off the water.
  • Mix vinegar, soy sauce, garlic paste, pepper powder, salt and sugar well and marinate the chicken pieces with this mix.
  • Marinated chicken pieces are kept for 10-20 minutes. 
  • Cook chicken pieces with marinated gravy for 10-15 minutes .
  • Then fry the chicken pieces in oil.
  • Mean while add chopped onion and red chilly to the marinated gravy and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Then add fried chicken pieces to it, mix well and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
  • Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves or spring onion.
