Butter naan is one of the most delicious and very popular dish. Here comes a healthy version of butter naan with whole wheat flour. Try and enjoy every bite of this awesome naan recipe.

- Whole wheat flour: 300g
- Milk: 1/2 cup(nearly)
- Curd: 1/2 cup
- Powdered sugar: 1tbs
- Salt: 1tsp
- Instant yeast: 1 tsp
- Ghee: 2 tsp
- Butter: 2 tbs
- Sesame seeds: 1 tsp( either white or black)
- Coriander leaves chopped: 3-4 tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Mix well wheat flour, instant yeast, sugar, salt in a bowl.
- Combine 1/2 cup curd with the flour.
- Add milk little by little and knead till we get soft and smooth dough.
- Now add 2 tsp ghee and knead well.
- Cover the dough and set aside for 1-1&1/2 hours.
- After that again knead for a while and convert them to medium balls.
- Dust the flour and roll a ball to oval shape.
- Now sprinkle some sesame seeds and chopped coriander above the rolled dough and again slightly roll to get fixed or sticked.
- Repeat the steps with remaining dough balls.
- Heat a pan .
- Wet the bottom of rolled dough with water and place on hot pan in high flame.
- When the top of naan bubbles almost, invert the pan along with naan and place a little above the flame , move the pan to get the flame throughout the naan.
- If the naan didn't stick get stuck on the pan, you can hold the naan on picker and place over the flame.
- Spread butter when the naan is hot.
