Pineapple cake pudding is an awesome combination of 5 layers of delicious ingredients and are topped with yummy Caramel sauce. It's really awesome and are delighted for any special occasion, give a try upon it.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Vanilla or Butterscotch cake: 1
- Pineapple: 1 cup
- Biscuit crumbs: 1 cup( preferably good day)
- Fresh cream: 1 &1/2 cup
- Dark chocolate: 50 g
- Milk: 250 ml
- Condensed milk: 1 tin
- Butter: 1 tbs
- Sugar: 1 cup
- Soak china grass in little water.
- Cook pineapple with 3 or 4 tbssugar. Cook till pineapple is done by leaving little liquid. Donot allow to dry all water.
- Prepare chocolate ganache by melting dark chocolate in 1 cup fresh cream.
- Now place the cake in spring foam pan or a tray with little deep.
- Prepare a layer of pineapple along with its syrup.
- Above that, add a layer of biscuit crumbs and pour the chocolate ganache over it.
- Refrigerate till the next layer is ready.
- Melt soaked china grass.
- Boil milk in a pan with 1/ 2 tin condensed milk.
- Add sugar if required.
- When it start boils, add melted china grass and stir boil till it combines with milk.
- Allow it to cool a little and pour over the layers cake.
- Refrigerate till it sets.
- Now we can prepare Caramel sauce.
- Melt 1 tbs sugar in a pan. When it turns golden, add 1 tbs hot water and turn off the flame.
- Melt butter in another pan and add 1/2 cup fresh cream .
- Mix well and add above caramelized sugar to it.
- Combine well and turn off the flame.
- Allow it to cool a little and top it on the prepared cake pudding.
- Refrigerate till it chill.
