Sweet Potato Mixture

We all loves to bite some snacks with tea or while studying or watching tv or any free time. Here comes sweet mixture recipe with healthy and nutritious potatoes.

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Potato: 3(large)
  2. Powdered sugar: 1/2-3/4 cup
  3. Peanuts: 1/2 cup
  4. Curry leaves: 2 strings
  5. Garlic: 4 cloves
  6. Salt: little
  7. Cardamom powder: 1/4 tsp
  8. Oil: for deep frying
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Peel and chop the potatoes into tiny pieces using a slicer.
  • Wash the chopped potatoes in water two to three times or till water becomes clear( removes whitish starch).
  • Soak Potato in salty water for 30 minutes.
  • Drain the water and sun dry or dry in microwave to remove the moisture.
  • Fry the grated potatoes in hot oil till crispy.
  • Donot overload the pan. Fry in batches.
  • Drain in tissue to remove excess oil.
  • Crush garlic and saute it in oil.
  • Also fry curry leaves and peanuts in oil till crispy separately.
  • Mix fried Potato, peanuts, garlic, curry leaves, cardamom powder and powdered sugar in a bowl.
  • Add sugar according to your sweetness.
  • You can also enrich the taste by adding roasted cashews ,raisins, or almonds
    Awesome Crispy and Sweet Potato Mixture is ready. Store in airtight container for future use.
