Malai Egg Curry

Malai egg is a delicious curry recipe with creamy gravy. It is simple, easy and lovely which can be prepared quickly with only few ingredients. It is everloving quick recipe that every starters in cooking can shine infront of others.

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Egg : 4-5
  2. Onion: 1
  3. Tomato: 1
  4. Green chilly: 3
  5. Ginger- garlic paste: 1&1/2 tsp
  6. Cumin powder: 1/4 tsp
  7. Coriander powder: 1/2 tsp
  8. Garam masala powder: 3/4 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
  10. Thick coconut milk: 1 cup
  11. Thick or fresh cream: 2 tbs
  12. Coriander leaves: 1-2 tbs
  13. Salt: to taste
  14. Butter: 1&1/2 tbs
  15. Curry leaves: 1 string
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  •  Hard boil eggs, remove its shell and cut into 2 or 4 pieces.
  • Grind onion, tomato and green chilly into a smooth paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan, saute ginger- garlic paste and curry leaves till they releases lovely aroma.
  • Now add ground onion mix paste and saute for 5-6 minutes.
  • Now add all masala powders and saute till a nice aroma arrives.
  • Now add egg pieces and salt and slowly stir without breaking egg pieces.
  • Now pour thick coconut milk and stir cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Pour half of fresh cream and coriander leaves and remove from flame.
