Coconut Cream Chocolate Mousse

Here comes a healthy, easy and lovely chocolate mousse recipe with coconut cream. The preparation requires only 4 ingredients and have very simple steps. Give a try upon in. You can also do it with thick coconut milk of 3 or 4 coconuts instead of cream, but should be very thick, otherwise ot may fail.

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Coconut cream: 2 tin( 400 ml each)
  2. Condensed milk: 3-4tbs( adjust to your taste)
  3. Cocoa powder: 3 tbs
  4. Dark or milk chocolate: 50 g
  5. Salt: a pinch
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Refrigerate unopened coconut cream cans overnight.
  • Next day, take out the cans from refrigerator without Shaking.
  • Slowly open the can, then you can see the cream sets on top by leaving the water content.
  • Carefully scoopout the cream part to a mixing bowl.
  • Now beat it with condensed milk, to form smooth and fluffy.
  • Mix in cocoa powder and a pinch of salt with it. ( Reserve little  cream to toping if you wish before adding cocoa
  • Grate the chocolate into shavings, .
  • Fold half of chocolate shavings with cream.
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Delicious and healthy Coconut Cream Chocolate Mousse is ready . Serve chilled with chocolate shavings on top.
