Banana Sandwich

Banana sandwich is a healthy sandwich recipe which can be prepared easily and quickly. It is the best and healthy choice for kids tiffin box , Ifthar or guests treat. Also you can easily prepare it for your teatime. Give a try upon it.


INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Bread slices : 6
  2. Banana big: 2
  3. Egg: 1
  4. Ghee :2-3 TBS
  5. Sugar : 1-2 TBS
  6. Cardamom powder: a pinch ( optional )

METHOD OF PREPARATION

    • Peel off the banana and cut into small pieces.
    • Heat 1-2 TBS of ghee in a pan and roast banana pieces in it.
    • Also add required sugar while roasting.
    • When banana pieces cooks well and mashes, remove from flame.
    • Now  take a slice of bread and spread little roasted banana as we spread jam.
    • Place another slice of bread and give a press.
    • Again spread banana over it and cover with another slice of bread. You can make any number of layers.
    • Press it well to get stuck .
    • Beat a egg along with cardamom powder using a spoon. You can also use sugar if you need more sweet.
    • Heat a pan with ghee.
    • Dip the Layered bread in egg and place it in hot pan with ghee.
    • Cook both sides till they turns golden.
    • Do the same with remaining bread and banana.
    Delicious and healthy Banana Sandwich is ready. Try and enjoy.
