Banana Falooda

Falooda is one of the most popular and lovely dessert all over the world. Now there are lot of flavors available . Here comes a delicious falooda recipe that turns out awesome falooda with banana flavor. Give try upon it.



INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Hot Milk: 1 cup
  2. Milk powder : 1 cup
  3. Banana big : 1
  4. Condensed milk: 1 tin
  5. Vermicelli: 1/2 cup
  6. Sago seeds:1/4 cup
  7. Basil seeds: 1-2 tsp
  8. Sugar: 3-4 tbs
  9. Roohafza or any Rose syrup: 2-3 tbs
  10. Strawberry jelly powder: 1 packet
  11. Vanilla or butterscotch ice cream: 1 L
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Soak basil seeds in water for 10-15 minutes.
  • Cook vermicelli and sago seeds separately in water by adding little sugar.
  • When it cooks, drain and keep aside.
  • Mix milk powder and condensed milk in hot milk.
  • Mash banana and mix it with milk mixture.
  • Cook it in low flame. Do not allow it to boil.
  • Remove from flame and allow it to cool a little.
  • Now mix cooked vermicelli, and sago seeds in it.
  • Drain basil seeds and add to the milk mixture.
  • Also pour roohafza, stir well and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or till it chilled.
  • Prepare jelly as indicated in packet and refrigerate.
  • To prepare ice cream from home, click on ice creams.
  • Tale a large glass, pour falooda mix up to 3/4 th, add little jelly cubes and top it with ice cream and jelly. You can also add chopped fruits and dry fruits to it.
Delicious Banana Falooda is ready. Serve chilled and enjoy.
