- Hot Milk: 1 cup
- Milk powder : 1 cup
- Banana big : 1
- Condensed milk: 1 tin
- Vermicelli: 1/2 cup
- Sago seeds:1/4 cup
- Basil seeds: 1-2 tsp
- Sugar: 3-4 tbs
- Roohafza or any Rose syrup: 2-3 tbs
- Strawberry jelly powder: 1 packet
- Vanilla or butterscotch ice cream: 1 L
- Soak basil seeds in water for 10-15 minutes.
- Cook vermicelli and sago seeds separately in water by adding little sugar.
- When it cooks, drain and keep aside.
- Mix milk powder and condensed milk in hot milk.
- Mash banana and mix it with milk mixture.
- Cook it in low flame. Do not allow it to boil.
- Remove from flame and allow it to cool a little.
- Now mix cooked vermicelli, and sago seeds in it.
- Drain basil seeds and add to the milk mixture.
- Also pour roohafza, stir well and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or till it chilled.
- Prepare jelly as indicated in packet and refrigerate.
- To prepare ice cream from home, click on ice creams.
- Tale a large glass, pour falooda mix up to 3/4 th, add little jelly cubes and top it with ice cream and jelly. You can also add chopped fruits and dry fruits to it.
