Mocco magic is a delicious ice cream or dessert combination with chocolate fudge sauce. It is really yummy and mouth watering that everyone will loves to have. You can use store bought ice cream or you can prepare at home. For home made ice cream recipe , click on ice creams.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Chocolate ice cream: 1/2 L
- Coffee ice cream: 1/2 L
- Crushed biscuit(any ): 1/2-3/4 cup
- Roasted nuts: 1/2 cup
- Sugar: 1&1/2 cup
- Milk: 2 cup
- Cocoa powder: 5 TBS
- Butter : 100 g

- Take a thick bottomed pan and add milk, cocoa powder, sugar and butter, mix well.
- Cook in low flame by continuous stirring till they thicken and forms fudge sauce. Allow it to cool.
- Now take a glass , add little fudge sauce. Also brush it to the sides of glass.
- Next add a scoop of coffee ice cream.
- Top it with some crushed biscuits and roasted nuts..
- Also pour little fudge sauce over it.
- Then add a scoop of chocolate ice cream and top it with crushed biscuits, roasted nuts and fudge sauce.
- Serve soon.
- Note: you can convert vanilla ice cream to chocolate and coffee ice cream by mixing chocolate sauce or instand coffee powder to it and refrigerate.
