Baby corn Fritters or fry is a delicious snack recipe which can be prepared easily and quickly and are lovely too. Surely all especially kids will love this awesome fritter, give a try on it. It is lovely and healthy for Ifthar too.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Babycorn: 6_8
- Cornflour: 1/2 cup
- Pepper powder: 1/2 TSP
- Salt : to taste
- Oil : for frying
- Cut the baby corn into two halves. If it is little big, cut them into four.
- Cook it in boiling water with little salt till they get half cooked.
- Take out from water and drain it.
- Prepare batter with cornflour, pepper powder, and salt with little water. It should not be too thick or too watery.
- You can also prepare batter with rice flour or white rice batter.
- Dip the corn pieces in flour batter and fry it in hot oil till they get golden color in low flame by flipping to all sides.
- Remove from oil and drain in kitchen tissue.
