- Chicken(boneless): 500 g
- Onion: 1
- Tomato : 2
- Green chilly: 4
- Ginger: 1 inch
- Garlic: 6
- Chilly powder: 1 tsp
- Coriander powder:: 1 tsp
- Cumin powder: 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder: 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
- Fresh cream: 4 tbs
- Yogurt": 1/2 cup
- Butter: 3 tbs
- Oil: 3 tbs
- Coriander leaves: 1-2 tbs
- Salt: to taste.
- Cut chicken into small pieces.
- Grind tomato, ginger, garlic and green chilly into smooth paste.
- Heat butter and oil in a pan and saute chopped onion till they turn light brownish.
- Add chicken pieces and cook till they turns lightly brownish.
- Next add ground paste and salt, stir well and cook till oil comes clear on sides.
- Now add all spice powders, stir and cook till its raw smell moves.
- Now add yogurt and 1/4 cup of water, stir well, and cook till chicken gets cooked.
- Now mix in fresh cream and coriander leaves and remove from fire.
