Falooda Pudding

Here comes a wonderful pudding recipe with falooda ingredients. Most of us love to have falooda .It is a delicious lovely dessert. Here we convert it into delicious pudding by making little variation. It is simple, quick and delicious, give a try upon it. Here comes a simple version of pudding , you can enrich it with dry-fruits or fresh fruits.



INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Milk: 2 cup
  2. Vermicelli: 1/2 cup
  3. Basil seeds: 1 tbs
  4. Sago seeds: 1 tbs
  5. China-grass: 5 g
  6. Rose syrup/ roohafza: 2 tbs
  7. Condensed milk: 1/2 tin
  8. Strawberry jelly: 1 packet
  9. Ice-cream: for topping
  10. Sugar: if needed.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Soak china-grass in little water and melt it.
  • Soak basil seeds for sometime
  • Cook vermicelli and sago seeds in separate pans by adding water.
  • When it cooked, drain  its water.
  • Prepare jelly as per directions in packet.
  • Boil milk with condensed milk .
  • When it starts boiling, add melted china grass and stir cook till it combines with milk. Add more sugar if required.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Add cooked vermicelli, sago seeds, basil seeds and roohafza syrup to milk mixture, mix well and pour to a pudding tray.
  • You can also add chopped dryfruits or fresh fruits.
  • Allow it to cool and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until it get set.
  • After refrigerating, cut it into pieces, add to a pudding bowl.
  • Top it with scoop of ice-cream and jelly crystals.
Delicious Falooda Pudding is ready, Serve chilled with a scoop of ice-cream.
