Buttermilk Soda / Soda Moru

Buttermilk soda or Soda moru is the delicious and healthy drinks suits to any season especially this hot summer. Also it helps in digestion. It is healthy and help us to coolen our body. This recipe is simple, easy and quick, give a try on it.




INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Curd: 1 cup
  2. Soda: 1 cup
  3. Green chilly: 1-2
  4. Ginger: a small piece
  5. Mint leaves: 2-3
  6. Salt: to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Add curd, green chilly, ginger, mint leaves, and salt to a blend and run it for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add water to loosen the curd. Its addition may vary with the thickness of curd.
  • If curd is sourless, squeeze little lemon juice to it.
  • Pour into glasses upto 3/4th and pour cold soda to fill the glass.
  • You can also add 1-2 ice-cubes if you need more cold.
  • Pour soda just before serving.
Delicious and healthy Buttermilk soda or soda moru is ready. Serve soon.
