Mango Mousse

Now in this hot summer season, we all love to have some experience on desserts to chill our body. As it is mango season, we will surely try from mango recipes as they are lovely fruits. Here comes a lovely Mango mousse recipe that tastes great and yum. It can be prepared easily and so quickly with only few ingredients. Do try on this awesome recipe. Use sweet and bright mangoes for a attractive mousse.


INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Mango(ripened): 2 large
  2. Sugar: 1 cup
  3. Egg white: of 2 eggs
  4. Whipping cream: 150 ml
  5. Gelatin: 1 tbs

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup of water and melt it by double-boiling method.
  • Peel off the mangoes and cut into small cubes.
  • Reserve 1/4th of mango pieces and add remaining to a blender.
  • Blend it with 1 cup of sugar to a smooth puree. We may need more sugar if mango is not sweet.
  • Now pour melted gelatin to it and again blend to get combined well.
  • Pour onto a bowl and refrigerate till it sets almost half.
  • Beat whipping cream to form fluffy and slowly fold to half set mango puree.
  • Beat egg whites till they foams well and fold it to mousse mix.
  • Arrange a layer of mango pieces on bottom of  pudding tray or glass and pour the mousse over it.  Add some mango pieces on top also.
  • Refrigerate to get set.
Delicious Mouth-watering Mango Mousse is ready, serve chilled and enjoy.
