Mango Gatho

Pastries and cakes are lovely for everyone. Here comes a lovely cake recipe with the goodness of mango. As it is mango season, we loves to experience varieties of recipes with it. Here we prepare normal cake and are frosted with whipped cream and then decorated with mango pieces. Bites of pastries with lovely mango bringout a delicious taste, that everyone will love . INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. White Sponge cake: 2
  2. Mango: 2
  3. Whipping cream powder: 2 sachet
  4. Milk: 1 cup
  5. Sugar: 1/2 cup
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Prepare two sponge cake. For recipe, Click on Sponge cake.
  • Prepare a thick sugar syrup by boiling little water with half cup of sugar.
  • Allow it to cool and spread all over the two sponges.
  • Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  • Beat whipping cream powder with 1 cup cold milk till they turns fluffy.
  • Place a sponge in a plate or tray and make a thick layer of whipped cream over it.
  • Placethe second sponge above it.
  • Spread whipped cream all over the cake.
  • Peel of the mangoes and cut into thin slices.
  • Decorate the cake with mango pieces and whipped cream.
  • You can also place mango pieces in between two sponge cakes.
  • Refrigerate until use.
Delicious Mango Gatho is ready. serve chilled
