Creamy Pineapple Pudding

Creamy Pine-apple pudding is  one of most lovable pudding recipe of my family.It is really lovely recipe with awesome pineapple flavor. It consists of three layers which include cooked sweet and juicy pineapple pieces and creamy pudding with pine-apple flavor ,are topped with fluffy whipped cream. Everyone will surely love it, give a try on this recipe for a special occasion.


INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Pineapple: 1
  2. Milk: 2 cups + 1/4 cup for whipping cream
  3. Condensed milk: 1/2 tin
  4. Sugar: 6-8 tbs
  5. China-grass: 5 g
  6. Fresh cream: 1/2 cup
  7. Whipping cream powder: 1 sachet
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Cut the pine-apple into small pieces and cook with 4-5 tbs of sugar till whole water drains in low flame.
  • Layer half of cooked pine-apple in a pudding tray and refrigerate.
  • Soak china-grass in 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes and melt it in low flame.
  • Boil 2 cups of milk with 3-4 tbs of sugar.
  • Blend remaining cooked pineapple with fresh cream and condensed milk and pour onto boiling milk.
  • Mix well and pour melted china-grass to it.
  • Stir cook till china-grass combines completely with milk mixture.
  • Pour this mixture to the pudding tray over pineapple layer .
  • Cool and refrigerate to set.
  • Beat whipping cream powder with 1/4 cup cold milk to form fluffy cream.
  • Layer it on top of pudding and decorate with your own ideas.
Delicious mouthwatering Creamy Pineapple Pudding is ready. Slice and serve chilled.
