- Prawns: 1 cup
- Chopped cabbage: 3/4 cup
- Spring onion chopped: 1/4 cup
- Bread: 3 slices
- Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
- Cream: 1/4 cup
- Cornflakes crushed: 1 cup
- Grated cheese: 1/2 cup
- Cashew: 1/4 cup
- Coriander leaves: 1 tbs
- Bay leaf: 1
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Salt: to taste
- Preheat oven to 180 degree celsius
- Cook prawns along with garlic, coriander leaves, bay leaf, little salt and water.
- When prawns got cooked, take out prawns and discard the water.
- Remove the sides of bread and cut into cubes.
- Take a bowl, mix chopped cabbage, spring onion, bread cubes, cashew pieces, cream and mayonnaise.
- Add prawns to it and mix well.
- Transfer it to a microwavable dish.
- Mix grated cheese and crushed cornflakes together and layer it on top of the dish.
- Place it in preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. The cheese have to melt and cornflakes turn to more crispy.
