Pizza paratha are delicious paratha recipe with pizza style filling. It is prepared with chappathi dough. Here i used simple filling with corn, capsicum and olive and onion. You can also add cooked chicken pieces or anything of your choice for filling. It requires no other sidedish, tasty to eat alone. Surely everyone will love this recipe.

- Wheat flour: 2 cup
- Grated Mozzarella cheese: 1&1/4 cup
- Onion chopped: 1/2 cup
- Capsicum chopped: 1/2 cup
- Corn kernels: 1/4 cup
- Olive: 3 tbs
- Pizza sauce: 1/2 cup
- Pepper powder: 1 tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: 2-3 tbs
- Keep the cheese in room temperature.
- Knead wheat flour with 1/2 tsp salt and water to a smooth dough.
- Add 1 tsp of oil , knead it well and keep aside.
- Cook corn kernels in microwave for 20-30 seconds.
- Cut the olives into rings.
- Take a bowl mix cheese, chopped onion, capsicum, cooked corn kernels, olive rings all together.
- Season it with little salt and pepper powder.
- Take a ball from dough and roll it into thin sheet.
- Apply little pizza sauce all over the sheet.
- Now put 3 tbs of stuffing on half of chappathi , leaving other half and sides.
- Now cover it with the other half and gum the sides. Press the sides with a fork.
- Repeat the steps for whole dough and stuffing.
- Now place the stuffed paratha in a medium hot pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Flip to other side and apply little oil on top. Cook by pressing little.
- Again flip to other side and apply little oil on top.
- Cook by flipping both sides till paratha gets cooked well.
- Do same steps for all parathas.
