Peshawari Chapli Kabab

Kebabs are lovely dishes prepared with minced meat, either beef, mutton, or chicken.  Peshawari chapli kebab is a delicious and traditional recipe from Pakistan. They are simply eaten with ketchup or with nan or roti. They can be easily prepared by mixing minced meat with all other ingredients , convert to kebab shape and are fried in hot oil.

Peshawari Chapli Kabab

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Minced meat: 1/2 kg
  2. Onion: 1/2 kg
  3. Egg: 3
  4. Tomato: 1 small
  5. Garlic: 10 cloves
  6. Green chilly: 6
  7. Coriander powder: 1/2 tbs
  8. Pomegranate crushed: 1/2 cup
  9. Meat masala: 1/2 tsp
  10. Coriander leaves: 1/4 cup
  11. Cornflour: 1 tbs
  12. Salt: to taste
  13. Oil: as required
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Finely chop onions, tomato, 
  • Prepare paste with garlic and green chilly.
  • Crush pomegranate with the help a mixer jar.
  • Take a bowl, mix minced meat, finely chopped onions, tomato, coriander leaves, garlic-green-chilly paste, eggs, coriander powder, cornflour, meat masala, crushed pomegranate and salt
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • .Now take 3 tbs of mixture on our hand and make ball of it.
  • Press the ball to flatten.
  • Repeat the steps for whole mixture.
  • Heat oil in pan and fry both sides of kebabs in low flame till they turns to brownish
Delicious hot and spicy Peshawari Chapli Kebabsare ready.
