INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Dates: 1/4 cup
- Banana: 1
- Milk: 1 &1/2 cup
- Remove the seeds of date and soak in 1/2 cup warm milk for 5-10 minutes. This will ease the blending.
- Blend Soaked dates, banana pieces and milk to a smooth shake.
- Add ice-cubes if you need more cold or use frozen milk.
