Chap Shuro is one of the most delicious dish from Nagar valley . It is a stuffed dish with minced meat. Sheets are prepared with all purpose flour dough and are filled with prepared masala and are baked in oven. Here we used uncooked onion, tomato,green chilly for preparing the filling. If you need more spicy, add little pepper powder with the filling.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- All purpose flour: 300 g
- Minced meat: 200 g(cooked and minced)
- Onion: 2
- Tomato: 1
- Green chilly: 2
- Spring onion:2 spring
- Salt: to taste
- Water: 1/2 cup
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Prepare dough with all purpose flour, water and salt.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll it into equal sized circles.
- Take a bowl, mix chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green chilly, minced meat and salt.
- Take one circle sheet and place half of the mixture in the center,
- Cover it with the second circle and seal the edges .
- Repeat the steps for remaining pair of circles.
- Bake on both sides of it in 150-175 degree celsius for 15 minutes or all sides turns to golden brown.
