Mango and banana are two lovely fruits , delicious to eat fresh or by preparing shakes. Here comes a delicious smoothie recipe by combining both fruits with milk. It is really wonderful, healthy and loves to have at any time.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
- Mango: 1-2 pieces
- Banana: 1
- Milk: 1&1/2 cup
- sugar: 3 tsp
- Freeze 1 cup of milk.
- Remove the skin of mango and banana and cut into pieces.
- Blend frozen milk, fruit pieces, remaining milk and sugar using a juicer and prepare smoothie.
- Add or reduce sugar level to your taste.
- If you want more mango flavor, add more mango and reduce banana to half.
