Mango-Banana Smoothie

Mango and banana are two lovely fruits , delicious to eat fresh or by preparing shakes. Here comes a delicious smoothie recipe by combining both fruits with milk. It is really wonderful, healthy and loves to have at any time.


INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Mango: 1-2 pieces
  2. Banana: 1
  3. Milk: 1&1/2 cup
  4. sugar: 3 tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Freeze 1 cup of milk.
  • Remove the skin of mango and banana and cut into pieces.
  • Blend frozen milk, fruit pieces, remaining milk and sugar using a juicer and prepare smoothie.
  • Add or reduce sugar level to your taste.
  • If you want more mango flavor, add more mango and reduce banana to half.
Lovely Mango-banana Smoothie is ready, serve chilled and freshly prepared.
