Crunchy Chicken

Chicken recipes are really lovely and favorable especially fries and snacks. here comes a delicious chicken fry delicious which can be consumed as a side dish or as a snack with little mayonnaise or sauce. We coat the chicken with cornflakes which brings crunchiness to the chicken pieces. It can be prepared quickly except a marination period of 1 hour. It tastes really great, give a try on it.

Crunchy Chicken


INGREDIENTS OF PREPARATION

  1. Boneless chicken: 250-300 g
  2. Curd/ buttermilk: 1/2 cup
  3. Garlic paste: 1 tsp
  4. Ginger paste: 1/2 tsp
  5. Pepper powder: 3/4 tsp
  6. Egg: 1
  7. Crushed cornflakes: 1/2 - 3/4 cup
  8. Bread crumbs: 1/4 cup
  9. Dried oregano: 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt: to taste
  11. Oil: for frying
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate it with curd or buttermilk, ginger-garlic paste, salt and pepper.
  • Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Beat a egg.
  • Drain the chicken pieces if any water available and dip it into beaten egg.
  • Mix crushed cornflakes, bread crumbs and oregano in a plate.
  • Take the chicken pieces from egg, roll over the cornflakes mixture.
  • Fry them in hot oil in low flame till all sides get brown color.
  • You can also bake 200 degree celsius by keeping the chicken pieces in a greased tray till they get brown color.
Delicious Crunchy chicken are ready, serve hot and fresh for more taste.
