Chicken recipes are really lovely and favorable especially fries and snacks. here comes a delicious chicken fry delicious which can be consumed as a side dish or as a snack with little mayonnaise or sauce. We coat the chicken with cornflakes which brings crunchiness to the chicken pieces. It can be prepared quickly except a marination period of 1 hour. It tastes really great, give a try on it.

- Boneless chicken: 250-300 g
- Curd/ buttermilk: 1/2 cup
- Garlic paste: 1 tsp
- Ginger paste: 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder: 3/4 tsp
- Egg: 1
- Crushed cornflakes: 1/2 - 3/4 cup
- Bread crumbs: 1/4 cup
- Dried oregano: 1/2 tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: for frying
- Cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate it with curd or buttermilk, ginger-garlic paste, salt and pepper.
- Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Beat a egg.
- Drain the chicken pieces if any water available and dip it into beaten egg.
- Mix crushed cornflakes, bread crumbs and oregano in a plate.
- Take the chicken pieces from egg, roll over the cornflakes mixture.
- Fry them in hot oil in low flame till all sides get brown color.
- You can also bake 200 degree celsius by keeping the chicken pieces in a greased tray till they get brown color.
