Creamy Chicken & Egg is delicious chicken recipe in creamy milk gravy. It is a quick and yummy recipe with chicken and egg. Presence of milk, butter and cream brings the gravy cream  rich and are spiced with pepper powder. Lets have a try on it.

Creamy Chicken And Egg

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Chicken: 250 g (small pieces)
  2. Egg: 2
  3. Pepper powder: 1 tsp
  4. All purpose flour: 1 tbs
  5. Milk: 1 cup
  6. Cream: 2 tbs
  7. Butter: 1 tbs
  8. Onion: 1 tbs chopped
  9. Tomato: 1 small
  10. Lemon juice: 1 tbs
  11.  Cinnamon: 1 inch
  12. Salt: to taste.
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Cook chicken in water with salt and cinnamon stick
  • After chicken pieces cooked well, drain the water.
  • Heat a thick-bottomed pan, melt butter.
  • Add all purpose flour and chopped onion to it and saute slightly.
  • Now add milk and cooked chicken into it along with pepper powder, boil for 5 minutes.
  • Add cream to it, mix well to get combined.
  • Remove from flame, and pour lemon juice to it and mix well.
  • Remove shell of eggs and cut into small pieces and add to gravy.
  • Also cut the tomato into small pieces, stir well and serve hot.
  • If you need more spicy, increase the volume of pepper powder.
Delicious Creamy Chicken and Egg is ready, serve hot.
