Creamy Chicken & Egg is delicious chicken recipe in creamy milk gravy. It is a quick and yummy recipe with chicken and egg. Presence of milk, butter and cream brings the gravy cream rich and are spiced with pepper powder. Lets have a try on it.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION- Chicken: 250 g (small pieces)
- Egg: 2
- Pepper powder: 1 tsp
- All purpose flour: 1 tbs
- Milk: 1 cup
- Cream: 2 tbs
- Butter: 1 tbs
- Onion: 1 tbs chopped
- Tomato: 1 small
- Lemon juice: 1 tbs
- Cinnamon: 1 inch
- Salt: to taste.
- Cook chicken in water with salt and cinnamon stick
- After chicken pieces cooked well, drain the water.
- Heat a thick-bottomed pan, melt butter.
- Add all purpose flour and chopped onion to it and saute slightly.
- Now add milk and cooked chicken into it along with pepper powder, boil for 5 minutes.
- Add cream to it, mix well to get combined.
- Remove from flame, and pour lemon juice to it and mix well.
- Remove shell of eggs and cut into small pieces and add to gravy.
- Also cut the tomato into small pieces, stir well and serve hot.
- If you need more spicy, increase the volume of pepper powder.
