Cornflakes Biscuits

Biscuits are favorite for everyone especially our lovable kids. Home-made biscuits will be good for health than store-bought one. Here comes a lovely recipe for such a wonderful biscuit with the crunchiness of cornflakes. They are also made attractive with gems chocolates.


Cornflakes Biscuits


INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Butter: 90 g
  2. Powdered sugar: 75 g
  3. All purpose flour: 110 g
  4. Egg: 1
  5. Baking powder: 1/4 tsp
  6. Vanilla: 1/4 tsp
  7. Crushed cornflakes: 1-2 cup(as needed)
  8. Gems: 10-12(as needed)
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Mix butter and sugar well in a bowl.
  • Now add egg and mix well.
  • Sift mix all purpose flour and baking powder.
  • Mix this all purpose flour with the above egg mixture.
  • Add vanilla, mix well and make small balls from the prepared dough.
  • Now give a press with your hand.
  • crush cornflakes with your hands and roll each biscuit in it.
  • Place a gems chocolate in the middle and bake for 20 minutes in preheated oven.
Delicious crunchy Cornflakes biscuits are ready. Store in air-tight container.
