Strawberry Pudding

Strawberry is lovely seasonal fruit whose intake provides us many nutritional benefits. strawberries are lovely juicy and fleshy fruits with a bright attractive color. a shake or dessert with strawberries are more delicious. Here comes a simple strawberry pudding recipe topped with strawberry sauce.

Strawberry Pudding

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
  1. Strawberry: 15
  2. Milk: 500 ml
  3. China-grass: 8 g
  4. Condensed milk: 1/2 tin
  5. Sugar: 2 tbs
  6. Cornflour: 1 tsp
  7. Lime juice: 1/4 tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION
  • Soak china-grass in little water for 10-15 minutes and melt it in low flame.
  • In another sauce pan,boil milk and condensed milk.
  • When it starts boiling , add melted china-grass and cook till it combines with milk mixture.
  • Meanwhile, puree 10 strawberries using a blender and mix with the milk mixture.
  • Pour it to a pudding tray and allow it to cool.
  • During cooling time, we can prepare strawberry sauce.
  • Cut the remaining strawberries into small pieces and cook them with 2 tbs sugar and little water.
  • When it boils, pour cornflour mixed in little water and lime juice to it and stir.
  • When it thickens, turn off the flame and allow it to cool.
  • Make a layer of this sauce over the pudding and refrigerate.
Lovely Strawberry pudding is ready, serve chilled.
