Nowadays kebabs became most popular throughout the world. It is available large varieties of kebabs with chicken, mutton, beef or fish. Here comes such a delicious kebab recipe named "Nargisi Kebab". Here i prepared with beef, you can prepare with mutton too. First we cook all other ingredients along with beef, then are ground together followed by a coating with breadcrumbs. These are then fried. It is a simple and tasty recipe, just give a try on it.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION- Beef / mutton: 250 g
- Chana dal: 3 tbs
- Onion: 1
- Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tsp
- Green chilly: 1
- Garam masala powder: 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder: 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves: 2 tbs
- Egg: 1
- Bread crumbs: 1/2 cup
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: for frying
- Add meat pieces, chana dal , Sliced onion, chopped green chilly, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin and chilly powders , salt, all together in a cooker and cook till meat cooks well.
- Now remove any water present and grind meat along with all other ingredients without water.
- Beat a egg and mix it with meat mix.
- Now wet your hands and take little meat mix and roll it like finger.
- Repeat the step for whole meat mix completes.
- Now roll each kebabs in bread crumbs and fry it in hot oil.
- Allow all sides to cook and turns to brownish.
- Note: cook it in low flame otherwise it will burn quickly.
