Kashmiri kebab

Kashmiri kebab is a delicious kebab recipe with a nice combination of spices. It can be prepared either with chicken or beef. It has a nice flavor of spices. It is really yummy and easy to prepare.

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Chicken: 250 g
  2. milk: 1/2 cup
  3. Egg white: 1
  4. Garlic: 4 cloves
  5. Ginger: 1/2 inch
  6. Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp
  7. Cloves: 2
  8. Cinnamon: 1/2 inch piece
  9. Cardamom: 1
  10. Green-chilly: 3-4
  11. Coriander leaves: 1 tbs
  12. Salt: to taste
  13. Oil: for frying
METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Cook chicken with milk,ginger, garlic, green chilly, cumin, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, coriander leaves and salt.
  • Remove water if any remaining after cooking.
  • Grind the cooked ingredients altogether.
  • Now mix it well with egg white.
  • Take little chicken mix and prepare any shape( small or big you wish).
  • Fry it in low flame till it gets brownish.
Lovely kashmiri Kebab with flavor of spices is ready.Serve hot with tomato sauce.
