Banana Dates Rolls

Banana is a lovely and healthy fruit available in all seasons. Almost all houses cultivate it also. Dates are healthy among dry fruits  which have many nutritional benefits. So a snack roll with a combination of banana and dates along with the bite of  cashew is more delicious and healthy for any occassion especially for kids.

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Big banana: 2
  2. Dates: 5-10(depends on size of banana)
  3. Cashew: 5-10(depends on dates we use)
  4. Oil: for frying
INGREDIENTS OF PREPARATION
  • Cook bananas in a steamer and mash it well. Use little ripened bananas, otherwise it may not form perfect rolls.
  • If you feel too sticky, mix little all purpose flour to get thickened.
  • Remove seeds of dates and place cashew in place of seeds.
  • Apply little oil on palm .
  • Take little mashed banana and roll it using one hand holding on other hand.
  • Now place the dates with cashew in the middle of it .
  • Cover the dates with banana by rolling it.
  • Repeat the steps till whole mashed bananas finished.
  • Boil oil in a wok and fry it in low flame till it turns little brownish.
Delicious banana-dates roll is ready, serve hot with a cup of hot tea or coffee.
