Banana is a lovely and healthy fruit available in all seasons. Almost all houses cultivate it also. Dates are healthy among dry fruits which have many nutritional benefits. So a snack roll with a combination of banana and dates along with the bite of cashew is more delicious and healthy for any occassion especially for kids.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION- Big banana: 2
- Dates: 5-10(depends on size of banana)
- Cashew: 5-10(depends on dates we use)
- Oil: for frying
- Cook bananas in a steamer and mash it well. Use little ripened bananas, otherwise it may not form perfect rolls.
- If you feel too sticky, mix little all purpose flour to get thickened.
- Remove seeds of dates and place cashew in place of seeds.
- Apply little oil on palm .
- Take little mashed banana and roll it using one hand holding on other hand.
- Now place the dates with cashew in the middle of it .
- Cover the dates with banana by rolling it.
- Repeat the steps till whole mashed bananas finished.
- Boil oil in a wok and fry it in low flame till it turns little brownish.
